Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Monitor the running state and maintain the normal order of the game. Issue and manage information on the official website and forum of the game. Timely deal with various problems raised by players and offer customer service.Helping to moderate and answering players questions in the official forums and in in-game chat. Examine the job quality of the forum moderators. Sharing feedback, upgrades and suggestions from the players to improve the game The game moderator will provide information to players in response to inquiries. The moderator will also explain how to use game features and solve players complaints.

Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with either experience playing our game (erepublik) or that provides some previous customer care expertise or managing forums, etc.

Knowledge of social media and online community trends, technology and strategies; comfortable acting in the public sphere. Experience managing brand social media accounts on Twitter and Facebook Good copywriting and editing skills. Mature judgment to address sensitive questions with positivity and discretion. We are looking for a candidate with either experience playing our game

(erepublik) or that provides some previous customer care expertise or managing forums, etc.

Strong sense of responsibility and service. Fluent in English. Thoroughly and efficiently gather player information, access and fulfill player needs, educate the player where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking. Use automated information systems to analyze the players situation. Maintain a balance between company policy and player benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of both player and company. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the players experience.
